Here at The Hiltingbury Still we like to think our drinks are works of art. The idea started when we were planning our wedding. Clio had just retired from full-time doctoring so set about creating the perfect gin for our wedding gifts. Initially just for wedding favours, and of course for gifts, we realised that our new gin wasn’t something to simply keep to ourselves and our close friends, so Malcolm stepped in with his experience of running a number of successful small businesses.

Our production technique is simple. We start with the simple ingredients to recipes perfected through repeated trials and testing. Nothing is added to our alcohol other than the botanicals and pure water, sourced from the heart of the New Forest. We operate a very small batch production, with everything being carefully done by hand, from the weighing of the botanicals to the final bottling and labelling. Quality testing is ongoing with each run of the still.

Our products include our signature Hiltingbury Gin and our Hiltingbury Limoncello. Seasonally, when fresh fruits are available we also add a Danish style Apple Schapps and a Sloe Gin.
